As stated in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, and the Budget and Accounting Regulation of the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, issued in the scope of Law No. 5174,
Fulfilling the provision:
“Preparing income and expense budgets, issuing a final account, ensuring transparency and uniform order in the accounting and registration procedure, recording all transactions, accounting its activities in a sound and reliable manner in accordance with their real nature, and regulating the principles and procedures related to the timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with international standards, within the framework of the basic concepts of accounting and generally accepted budgetary and accounting principles”
