TOBB Accreditation Workshop, the first of which was held in Diyarbakır, brought together 269 Chamber / Exchange General Secretaries and Accreditation Officers.
Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Accreditation Workshop was held in Diyarbakır on 17-19 October. 269 Chamber / Exchange General Secretaries and Accreditation Officers came together at the workshop which was held for the first time this year.
The meeting was held with the participation of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, hosted by Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DTSO) and Diyarbakır Commodity Exchange (DTB). Muğla Chamber of Commerce and Industry Secretary General Mehmet Çüçen and Accreditation Officer Birsen Çiçek participated. The 3-day workshop started with the opening speeches by TOBB Accreditation Board President Faik Yavuz and the host Chamber Exchange Presidents. 8 sessions took place in the intensive workshop.
Speaking at the workshop, TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the importance given to the accreditation system and said, We have to renew and improve ourselves continuously. We need to have a corporate structure and work professionally. Here is the best roadmap for us in this regard accreditation system. As an indicator of the importance we attach to this business as TOBB management, we constantly revise the system and criteria. In order to be more objective and more efficient; we always increase the resources we devote to inspections, visits and trainings. We are constantly improving the system and making it better. ”
